Hi,
Can anyone help me with vba code for CMS avaya options? Because from the automation i need to dump file from cms to excel and instead of dumping agents name or entity it needs to show numbers. Appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

Are you getting any error messages? How far is the code running do you know? Use F8 to step through the code line by line to see which lines are executing that might dive you an idea of where it's breaking.

ellysejera I think we covered the vba code from many angles in this thread. What file you want to dump you are not being clear with your question.

I need a code to change the setting of cms before dumping a file by going to options then changing the agents name to numbers.

ellysejera I just had a look at my version to see what you are talking about. I admit I don't know how to do that our if it is even possible. The vba automation is limited on what it can touch in the application.
