Question Excel VBA macro to automate Avaya CMS Supervisor reports

You didn't tell me what the error message said, this can be a great clue. What error do you get can you read it for me?
I copied all the script in a new Excel module and ran it as is - it worked OK for me using Avaya 17, Windows 7 and Office 2010. I am not sure what could be the problem - tell me the error maybe I can get a hint.
Here are the references I set just to double check:

I have a feeling that this error is related to your PC and not the code. What language and local is your PC running on? Is it English or another language?

I had a doubt on that. I checked the settings. Language is english. Regional settings also point to english US and country is India

I read that this could happen if your Office is in one language and the operating system is in another, If your Office version is not "en-US" then you need to use the matching language. I think you check the Office language in the Start Menu under Office Tools folder.

Hi Roller,
Checked the language settings per you instructions. It shows English (United States). Tried all possible options could not get it to work. Attaching what i See.
Still getting same error.
