Question Excel VBA macro to automate Avaya CMS Supervisor reports

In my original post I declared sk as integer. Is the skill you are using a string or a long number? Few people had issues related to this, read the last few posts and see if this helps.

They were already declared as Integer... however everytime the CMS reports load after executing the 3 "Debug.Print" it still use the previous skills. not the one stored on the variable sk or skill.. Example sk has a data of 202 when the code runs it will still extract the data for skill 481. :(

Rander again. Got things running smooth but when someone else attempts to run the reports they get the OLE error message. Runs fine for me, not for them. Checked all the usual culprits and can't find any differences in settings. Any ideas on what could be causing the OLE issue?

Do they have the same version of Avaya installed on their own PC?
