Question Avaya Proactive Contact 4.1

Hi, was wondering if there is anyone way to utilize your scripts or build one to automate the exporting of reports via Avaya Proactive Contact 4.1.. this suit features agent, monitor and supervisor. But wasnt sure if it mirroeed the functionality of the avaya suite that you use in your vba scripts.

I never had any experience with the Avaya Proactive Contact 4.1, we don't use it at my work so I really can't be much help. But it looks like you should be able to automate this application. The scripting will be very different than the AVA CMS examples on this forum.
