Hi All,
It will be A GREAT HELP if someone helped me out with the correct script that i can copy to VBA editor in Excel to extract agent status by location report from CMS to excel automatically with every update to cell A5 in a sheet named "Extraction"
My knowledge in VBA is very limited so a full script with explanation if any steps needs to be done other than copy and paste will be highly appreciated.
Report path is as below:
Category: Split/Skill
Report: Agent Status by Location
Split/Skill: Complaints PAYM NewC
Location IDs: 4;43;45;1
Refresh every: 30 seconds
Enable Report Thresholds
I know i might be asking for a lot but this will really be a great help
