Is there way to auto log off an agent. Without having to dial the * code on the phones to log them out. Also if possible if there a way to set Avaya to log an agent out automatically when past a certain time in specified aux. At the moment in my center we have to manually log them out if over their allotted time.
I am not sure and I never had this question come up. I can't even begging to check if it is possible, I am at home and have no access to Avaya at my work to check, it is the weekend over here.
Did you speak to your PABX support guys about this, there might be something that they could set from that side rather than messing with VBA thorough the Avaya application.
