I want to design a macro wherein I can extract service level directly to excel and can update automatically in one hour. I never worked with CMS Avaya and need support on this. Please help.

We have to different call center. There are different and mutiple skills are there for prepaid and postpaid customers.

Please help me.

You may have already noticed that the Historical CMS report will only show you the service level once the day has passed. There are no reports that can show you the service level every hour. There are daily, weekly and monthly reports but you have to wait until the period has passed before you see the results.

There maybe ways around it but can you clarify which service level you want every hour, the service level for the day to the hour or the month to date service level and to the hour?

Which version of Avaya CMS are you using? and what is the name of the report that you are using to fetch the hourly service level?
