I've gotten the code but can't seem to get it to work. I have 3 CMS instances with two which have the exact same login parameters. How to I modify the query to account for the different IP addresses for each switch?

Hi rander, the server address can be changed in the following variable if you refer back to my first post;
serverAddress = "cms"
You can set it to any IP address for example
serverAddress = "128.255.45.127"
serverAddress = "cms"
You can set it to any IP address for example
serverAddress = "128.255.45.127"

Still trying to get the code to proceed past creating the folder. It creates the folder, runs for about a minute then stops as if finished. No excel workbook created, no text files, no error messages, etc. Just as if it completed but didn't pull any trace records regardless of the IP I use.

Are you still working on this rander! try to download the Excel file for this macro, it is pre-made all you have to do is enter your settings on on of the sheets. It maybe quicker than trying to do the first one on your own. All the parameters are set on the input sheet except for the ACD, this one is hard coded to ACD 1. I am not sure what your server uses but try it - follow the link below.

I downloaded the code and that is where all the issues I've described occur. Using v13 of CMS for Avaya. I work on this in my spare time hence the time lags. I just can't figure out where the issue is, your code looks fine got any ideas on other possibilities?
