CMS Avaya - Run-time error (80028019)

I was trying to automate Avaya CMS extraction via excel VBA. I am able to have the codes from the forums working on one of the units however receiving an Automation Error on others. Been checking on what may have caused the issue but was clueless till now.

Check your Excel on the new station, if it is Office 64 bits it will never work.uninstall and reinstall office 32 bits.

No, just install 32 bits. You gain very little with the 64 bits and loose most VBA functionality.
