Hi guys,

Is there any way to extract all agent group names from CMS to excel sheet?

I would like to build the drop down box to select the agent group in excel rather than in pop up CMS window because if on popup window you select CANCEL all extcel crashes and need to end task it :)

Cheers guys in advance for the help! B)

Hi, sorry for taking a while to reply. I've been trying to see if I can export the agent's groups names using VBA but I didn't have any luck.

You can add an agent group via VBA but to list all the names I couldn't get it done. In CMS the report that displays all the agent group doesn't have an export option. All the other CMS reports I exported via VBA in the past have an option to export which I used to trigger in VBA.

So unless if someone else can contribute I don't know how to help.

The sever ip or name should replace the two instances where you see "cms" in the code. For example if your server ip is 10.123.123.123 then use "10.123.123.123" with the quotation marks around it.

If you tell us which line of code the error is occurring it might help.
