AVAYA CMS VBA EXCEL macro to export multiple reports

The purpose of this script is to allow you to run multiple AVAYA CMS reports and save the results on different sheets, appending new results to the bottom of the sheets.

Full instruction included in a Word document. But the basic idea is you enter the report name per row, on that same row you enter the parameters such as the date or skill name (number) and any other properties related to this report, you also enter the target Excel sheet. You can enter the same report on multiple rows but let's say with different dates or parameters and the results can be outputted to the same sheet one after another or on different sheets.

You can also enter different reports all together per row, it is very flexible.

One thing to make sure you get right for it to work is the report name in column A, don' guess it simply save the .acsauto file from Avaya and open it in Notepad to get the exact spelling. From the same file you can also get the required properties such as Date, Dates, Times, Agent, Agents, etc... the spelling is critical.

Contact me if you get stuck.

Happy exporting.
